Information and Privacy

Information collected

The app stores account information needed for sign-in, optional profile details, event registrations and attendance, submitted army-list metadata and files, public-gallery content, recommendations, moderation records, and technical diagnostics. Passwords are handled by Supabase Authentication and are not visible to app administrators.

How information is used

Information is used to operate player accounts, private army-list storage, tournament tools, public profiles and galleries, content moderation, security, troubleshooting, and administrator oversight. Optional profile information is displayed only in the places described by the relevant form.

Service providers and visibility

The app uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services and Netlify for hosting and server functions. Event organizers may view information submitted to events they manage. Administrators may access information when required for support, security, moderation, or operation of the service.

Retention and deletion

Content remains until it is removed by the player, an authorized organizer, or an administrator, subject to event records, security logs, legal obligations, and technical backups. Players may request account or data deletion through the site administrator.

Using the Companion

• Provide accurate account and event information and protect your sign-in credentials.
• Upload only material you own, created, or have permission to share.
• Do not use the app for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or dangerous material.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access another player’s private content, disrupt events, or interfere with the service.
• Tournament organizers remain responsible for their event rules, rulings, schedules, registrations, and published results.
• The app may remove content, restrict features, or close accounts when necessary to protect players, Battlefront, event organizers, or the service.

This is an unofficial companion application. Availability is not guaranteed, and users should retain their own copies of important lists, event records, and photographs.

Respectful Participation

Display names, biographies, captions, event descriptions, recommendations, and other public material must remain appropriate for a tabletop-gaming community. Personal attacks, discriminatory content, impersonation, spam, scams, deliberate misinformation, and exposure of another person’s private information are prohibited.

Administrators may review reported material, hide content while it is investigated, request corrections, reject uploads, and record moderation decisions in the Administrator Audit Log.

Photographs and Consent

• Upload hobby, miniature, army, terrain, venue, or event photographs relevant to the app.
• Obtain permission before deliberately featuring an identifiable person, especially a child.
• Do not upload nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, hate imagery used to intimidate, private documents, medical information, or personal contact information.
• Event organizers must respect venue rules and participant requests concerning photography.
• Photos may remain hidden until approved and may be removed after later review or a valid report.

Submitting a photo confirms that you have the right and appropriate consent to share it in the selected gallery.

Battlefront Material

Flames Of War, TY/WWIII, associated artwork, rulebooks, and game materials are owned by Battlefront Miniatures Ltd. The app uses original summaries and page-number references except for specific terrain charts, phase-reference sheets, and mission materials shared with Battlefront’s permission. Permission for those materials does not authorize users to upload or redistribute other copyrighted publications.

Third-party articles, videos, and resources remain the property of their publishers and open on the publisher’s original website.

Passwords, Reports, and Deletion

Use My Account → Reset Password to request a secure recovery email. Never send a password, access token, confirmation link, or service-role key to an organizer or administrator.

To report content, request deletion, or ask a privacy question, contact the site administrator and include the relevant player, event, gallery, or resource name. Do not include passwords or other authentication secrets.
